Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are clearly described here.

1 General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ak99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("Player", "you"). By accessing ak99 through its website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
We are committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. SSL encryption and fair play are our core principles. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility

- Each player may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- The player is solely responsible for the security of their account.
2.2 Account Verification
ak99 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request. ak99 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its own discretion.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Payment Methods
Transactions on ak99 are currently supported through the following mobile financial services:

3.2 Deposit Terms
- Funds deposited must be sent from a mobile account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold by ak99 pending verification.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses (see Section 4 for details).
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- ak99 may place a hold on or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
ak99 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳42,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — your total balance will be ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
- Wagering multiplier: 10x (applied to the bonus amount).
- All casino games and sports bets count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- ak99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If any activity aimed at exploiting bonus terms is detected — such as placing opposing bets on the same outcome, coordinated group activity, or systematic exploitation — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.
5 VIP Program & Cashback
The ak99 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

- Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on regular gaming activity.

- ak99 reserves the right to change the VIP structure; players will be notified of any changes.
6 Gaming & Betting Terms
6.1 Fair Play
All games available on ak99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that every round is completely unbiased.
6.2 Technical Issues
Any betting outcome resulting from a technical error or system failure may be considered void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded. ak99 does not bear liability for losses caused by technical errors.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Playing using software, bots, or automation is prohibited.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game is prohibited.
- Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
7 Responsible Gaming
ak99 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.
- Players can contact support to set deposit limits, time limits, or activate self-exclusion.

10 Limitation of Liability
ak99 accepts no liability in the following situations:
- If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- For issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
- For temporary service outages due to unexpected technical failures.
- For losses caused by a player's own negligence or input errors.
In any situation, ak99's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
11 Changes to Terms & Termination
11.1 Right to Make Changes
ak99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, players will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
11.2 Breach of Terms
If these Terms are breached, ak99 may immediately suspend or terminate any account. Depending on the severity of the breach, any bonus and winnings accumulated may also be forfeited.
11.3 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please first attempt to resolve it through the support team. The support team will consider each complaint fairly and impartially. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
